I grew up in Portland Maine. I received a degree in Fashion Merchandising and moved to Dallas Texas where I was a retail buyer for several years. I got married, moved to San Francisco and was a buyer for a few more years until I went to school at UC Berkeley. I received a double major in French 19th culture and the practice of art. I rented a studio and was a painter until a few years ago when I began making metal jewelry. Somehow along the line I became interested in polymer clay and resin and have been exploring their many possibilities ever since.
